She helped us throughout the sales process and was able to ethically represent both myself and the seller, honoring her duties to both parties simultaneously. We are a very busy family, so we did not have any time to waste. She was very knowledgeable about Cheshire and the surrounding areas, which allowed her to efficiently know what available properties would be of interest to us, so she never wasted our time. She was also very easy to communicate with, and we never had to wait long for a response from her. We love our home and Stacey helped us find it! Stacey DeAngelis was a God send. I chose her over a dozen other agency agents. He qualifications were stellar. She was a top 3 agent in sales in her selling region. She immediately impressed me with her knowledge and preparation for our first meeting and her personal appearance was also stunning. The kind of agent that represented her clients in the most impressive way. In addition, her personality was well suited to communicate with any diversified potential buyers. The limit for this rating was 5 gold stars. That's not enough. Stacey is a definite 10 in all the categories. My house had 6 offers in 4 days and we had our qualified buyer within a week. My sisters and I grew up in Cheshire and have been dealing with aging parents for the last several years. Both my parents have since passed away and Stacey DeAngelis was a guiding force during these difficult times. Stacey found my parents a home in a wonderful retirement community and was there to govern the sale of their property after my parents passed away. She was compassionate, never pushy, and always seemed to sense the collective emotions of our family. That said, Stacey is a seasoned professional and has a keen sense for real estate market dynamics in the region. Stacey discovered an inventory shortage in the market and gently urged us to list our parent's home quickly. We listened to Stacey and listed the property. We had three offers the first day and sold the property soon after! Our family is thankful to Stacey and will always remember her presence in our lives.

I have worked with Stacey over the past three years. She helped me put my find renters for my condo and ultimately selling the condo. She has been extremely helpful and responsive at every step of the way. I moved out of state and would have been unable to make the situation work without her.
