Stacey and her amazing team, sold our home as well as helped us find a new one. Stacey was aware of our concerns about selling our home before we found another one - we didn't want to be moving twice. She negotiated with the buyers to give us a little extra time to find a new home we would love as much as the one we were leaving. Downsizing is not fun and Stacey understood that and never pushed us into something she knew wouldn't fit our needs. She was on top of a new home search the minute we accepted an offer on our home. She took the time to listen to what our needs were in a new home and immediately started showing us new properties that fit. Due to our unusal work schedules, she never hestitated to show us properties at time conventient for us (later each workday and even an early Saturday morning). Never once did either of us feel Stacey was not working her hardest to make the buying and selling process smooth.
