Stacey Merryman

She is a Bay Area native. She has bought and sold properties
since 1991, starting in San Francisco. She has owned many different
types of properties: fixers, multi-unit, detached, etc. S she really
understands what it means to be a buyer and a seller.

she scouts properties for clients weekly. She tours twice a week and covers areas from San Leandro, Alameda, Richmond/El Cerrito, Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, through Oakland. She sees about 30-50 properties a week, she knows these areas very well, she knows the inventory very well, and she knows the market very well. She scouts properties to know the comparisons on the market and advise clients about pricing and what they should see or how to price their listing. She also attends Broker's tour to know that agents so that she can present your offer to a known agent or advertise your listing to other great agents.
