Stacey Shinn

Originally from Morristown, New Jersey, Stacey Shinn moved to Sarasota in 2000 to raise her two daughters. Stacey grew up around new construction with her father being in the excavating business and having worked for a custom homebuilder in Boonton Township, New Jersey.

Stacey also worked as a licensed assistant for several years giving her the behind-the-scenes knowledge of marketing and handling the office end of each transaction. All of this has given her extensive knowledge in the building and real estate industries.

With an "old-school" mindset of working hard, getting the job done right, being honest, ethical, and treating people the way they should be treated, Stacey believes these are the basic tools for any business and relationship. Stacey believes that each and every buyer and/or seller deserves "concierge" service and that buying or selling a home is far more than just another transaction. Stacey's passion for the real estate industry along with interacting with her clients and building lifelong relationships, making a difference in someone's life, are some of the reasons Stacey started her career as a Realtor®.

Stacey's oldest daughter travels with the Polo circuit throughout the United States and owns several horses. Stacey's youngest daughter is attending High Point University in NC and is studying to be an Actuary when she is older.
