Being new to the area, I realized I would need the assistance of a realtor who could match what I was looking for in the area I wanted to be. She actually gets to know her clients, it was refreshing to find a real estate lady who actually cares. Stacey really took the time to get to know my wife and me before she began showing us homes which gave us confidence that she would look out for our needs and not show us homes at the top end of our budget for maximum commission. We ended up looking at 9 homes over two days before we put in an offer which was quickly accepted. She guided us through the entire home buying process from the specifics of submitting an offer to ensuring we had all the documents to close on the agreed date. Stacey is an amazing realtor. I’m glad I had the pleasure of working with her as my realtor. I’m in the military and had to put my complete trust in her to find my home. She did all the tours of every home I wanted her to see and video taped them for me, gave me details of neighborhood, and always answered me in a timely manner. Stacey helped me with the purchase of my home. I had three other prior agents whom I stopped dealing with because it was too hard to get a hold of them due to the amount of other buyers they were jugging. Stacey did a great job to manage her workload to be there for me at any moment something popped up. She was never pushy, she had my personal interest at heart. Once I selected a home, Stacey processed the contract smoothly. Her communication with the other agents, saucy as the sellers agent, mortgage agent, inspectors, etc was on point and made the process smooth and on schedule. We were able to close in less than 3 weeks!!

I was so happy with her service, I asked her to help me with the sale of the house when I left the state. At the time Stacey wasn’t a selling agent, but she took on the challenge to assist me beyond the pint of when I closed on my home. I also appreciate all of the letters and cards Stacey has sent me to stay in touch through the years, even after I sold my house and moved out of state.
