Thank you to Matt and team for all the hard work and dedication put into our home. Courtney Janssen their interior designer is absolutely amazing to work with!! She is incredible, always available when needed and guides you through every step of the process. Lastly, Andrew Birder our Real Estate agent with Best Built is top notch. Once again, always available when we need something answered and was able to get us top dollar for our previous home prior to building. 5 Stars for Andrew Birder!! I have known Andrew for a few years on a personal level but now have had the opportunity to work with Andrew on the sale of my parents home. I no longer live in the Green Bay area and in fact live in Colorado, so managing a sale from half way across the country provides challenges. Andrew had great systems in place to help with all of this and made this process go extremely well. Andrew knows his business, knows the market and has a plan to make things work great for his clients. Adrew communicates on all levels and regularily. Whether it is a quick text, or email or if he needs to call to make sure you have all the detail and can make decisions about your sale, I would highly recommend Andrew to get the job done. We are first time home builders and didn't know how to start the process. It took us a while to find the right area of land to build on. When we did, Stacie and Craig at Best Built Inc were amazing at getting us started on the right path. We met with Courtney multiple times to get the design that worked well for us. We even had the opportunity to go to the work site whenever we wanted to validate the work. We were able to meet some of the carpenters too. Their work was completed with the finest detail. I enjoyed working with them.

Stacie and Courtney at Best Build Inc. were awesome to work with! We worked with them on a custom turn-key home. Timely communication, attention to detail and kind personalities. They were understanding of both our financial position and vision, to help us add our dream customizations while staying in our budget.

The builders were kind too! After we moved in, one of the guys working on a project down the street came and rang our doorbell to let us know we had a package in our driveway and that it was about to rain. He introduced himself and said they would be around the area if we needed anything. That small gesture made me feel like we are STILL in good hands with Best Build even after the purchase.

I always thought building a home would be a long and complicated process, but they made it all very easy!

We are loving the floor plan, location and quality of our new home.

I would recommend Best Build!
