Stacy went above and beyond what I expected a realtor to do! She gave me great tips to help my house sell for more and she helped me buy a house I didn't think I would be able to get in this tough market. From the beginning I told her the range for what I could afford for a monthly mortgage payment, and I can't believe she found one for me that had exactly what I needed, negotiated, and made it work! She has a vast knowledge of contractors in the city to help with upgrades and repairs. She is realistic, yet persuasive. She gave me reality checks when I asked for too much, yet stood up for me with my non-negotiables. If I ever purchase or sell my house again, no question I would seek out Stacy Fernandez again. 100%!

Stacy was SO much help during the house hunting process! We were able to find the perfect house for our little family. She listened to all the things we wanted and stayed within our budget.
