Buying or selling a home can be exciting, emotional, and at times stressful. My goal is to make the process as smooth and informed as possible, no matter your pace or personality. I like to say that finding a home is a lot like dating—you sometimes have to kiss a few frogs before you find “the one.” I guide my clients through their real estate journeys with patience and calm while educating along the way so that you can make the smartest and most informed decisions possible because a home is one of your biggest investments.
I live in vibrant Capitol Hill near Cheesman Park, where I’ve been since 2005, in my lovingly cared-for 1890 Victorian gem. I’m a wife, boy mom, and Great Dane dog mom who loves the energy of city life from walking to shops, relaxing in parks, and soaking up the architecture and culture Denver has to offer.
In my spare time, I knit (I’m #theknittingrealtor), sometimes teach at a local yarn shop, and love to spend weekends glamping on our 35-acre off-grid slice of Southern Colorado paradise. I grew up a Navy Brat all around the world from Italy, Connecticut, the Philippines, Kentucky, and Florida before landing in Colorado in middle school when my dad retired; so exploring new places is in my DNA. My guys and I love to travel and have most recently been discovering the majesty of Alaska and our National Parks.
I also have a passion for learning, taking classes and devouring books and podcasts both real estate related and beyond, love a good dad joke, have a keen knack for connecting people, am committed to a regular Pilates practice, and have a strong belief in helping my community and giving back: I donate a portion of every closing to Warren Village and Project I See You, two local organizations helping women achieve independence and stability right here in our communities.
Before real estate, I was a middle school special education teacher for over a decade - an experience that made me endlessly patient, curious, and committed to helping people learn and feel empowered while accepting and seeing them for who they are.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, friendly agent who’s both easygoing and detail-oriented, I’d love to sit and chat with you about your real estate needs. Get in touch!
