Stacy has lived and worked in East Bay real estate for nearly 20 years, which was apparent in my interactions with her since day one. I had a list of "must haves" and "must nots" and she went straight to work recommending homes within my search criteria, but was TRULY skilled at teasing out the nuances of my search criteria in conversations that were not only easy to have, but most importantly zero-pressure. In a market that buyers are offering 15-20% over asking with no contingencies, it was important to me to have an impeccably maintained home in an excellent neighborhood.

Stacy could recite a neighborhoods school ratings, builders, property tax rates, natural hazards, and whether or not there were high voltage power lines just by street name. She kept me informed of everything along the way, including risk/benefit, financing strategies, and negotiation tactics. She has access to top agent early viewings, off-market properties, and partners with different financing teams to offer all-cash deals.

What I appreciate the most about Stacy is her integrity and honesty. There were times when I panicked at the low inventory and started to sacrifice things that were important to me in order to get a home. Stacy kept me grounded, but also didn't let me settle.

She encouraged me to go view a home that I initially felt would be completely out of my league. At first, I didn't want to bother, but I caved.... and instantly fell in love. Even with multiple offers and a sneaky last minute offer after the deadline, she stayed up late into the evening, kept me posted with a play-by-play, and closed the deal. From the first day I met Stacy to the day that we ratified the contract was 12 DAYS!!!

Today, we closed escrow on my DREAM HOME... on time, appraised at-value. I feel I've gained a friend and long-term partner in real estate.
