Stacy did a fantastic job for us, better than we could have asked for! From 1st conversation to Contract was 7 days. She listed it on Friday, had an open house on Saturday and it was sold. Stacy has always given 100% to everything and this was an amazing process. The buyers' realtor couldn't say enough great things to me about how much she enjoyed working with Stacy.

I really can’t say enough about Stacy. I came from out of town and she had a list of homes that fit my family’s needs, which I gotta say are a little much but was no problem for Stacy. Very personable and professional. She even recommended a great lender to assist in a “special project.” Moving to GA, we not only found a great realtor, but a friend in Stagy and her husband. If you buying in GA, better find this lady..!

We had interviewed several agents and knew immediately that Stacy was the right agent for us. She came to our home and was direct and honest in telling us what to do to sell, she also offered to help with repairs and had certified contractors help as well, we had 9 offers and 8 above asking price within 2 days. Stacy advised us on what was best for us and then assisted us in finding our forever home and making the offer, she also scheduled a home inspection for the new home and helped with that process. If you want an agent that will work for you and not just placing a sign in your yard then Stacy is definitely your agent..

Very responsive with any inquiries we had. Although I had been preapproved with a lender, she recommended other lenders for comparison to ensure I was getting the best deal.
