I transitioned into real estate with 15 years of experience in mortgage financing, and I have been in the business of helping people since 2009. In addition I hold my CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation. Stacy is hands down the best realtor we could’ve asked for in our home search. We were relocating to the area and Stacy made sure she got to know us and exactly what we were looking for. She was always patient and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see and when we found the one, she made sure we knew what was happening with our offer every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable about the market and has a great personality that really made what could’ve been a stressful experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend her to anyone and if we ever need to sell our house, she will be the first one I call.

Almost 2 1/2 yrs ago I was introduced to Stacy through Mark at Moneyline Lending when i started looking at buying a new home and it became a wonderful experience. Since then, I have sold the home using Stacy as well for that and moved south. She was extremely helpful in both the buying and selling aspects of my 1st home as well as connecting me to a great realtor here in SC. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. The selling of my home wasn't an ideal situation as I wasn't there because I had to be in SC but she definitely took things in her own hands and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. If I was to ever recommend a realtor in the area she covers I would definitely recommend her and no other. You won't regret your decision to go with her wether it be to buy or sell. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I miss her expertise in the field as I see dealing with another realtor (still great) there is no other like Stacy.
