Stacy was born and raised in Marco Island during Marco's developing years. She attended Florida State University and received a B.S. degree in Biology with a marine emphasis. After college, Stacy moved to Orlando and pursued her interest in marine science working at SeaWorld. In 1997, Stacy and her future husband realized that there was no better place to live than Marco Island, therefore she moved back to the area to join her family in the real estate business. After working side-by-side with her brother in the business for a few years, in 2000 they decided to team up and form The Needles Group.
Stacy is married to her husband, Curt and has two children, Ryan and Mia. Stacy served on many committees and organizations in the area. She has been very involved in the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors including serving on the communications committee, professional development committee, nomination committee and Board of Directors for 8 years. Stacy also served on the City of Marco Island Parks and Rec Advisory board holding Chairperson position for several terms and the Tommie Barfield School Advisory Council as Chairperson for 5 years. Stacy also enjoys volunteering at Rookery Bay especially helping with the sea turtle program. In her free time Stacy enjoys fitness and teaches a variety of fitness classes as a certified instructor. She also enjoys spending time with her family boating, hiking, and taking adventurous vacations and enjoying nature.
