Broker/Owner Stanley Der has been involved in real estate for 13 years. He spent 15 years in sales with companies such as IBM and HP, honing his marketing, sales, contracting, and people skills.

Stanley spent 5 years as a MD/DC/VA Certified Real Estate Instructor/Trainer, teaching hundreds of agents the many aspects of real estate contracts, regulations, and procedures. This experience and knowledge are what their company brings to each of their valued clients to make their real estate experience as smooth as possible.
