Chris and Jan are both Ohio natives. Chris grew up in a real estate family. His father, Duane, now retired, owned Stanley & Associates Realty, with 4 offices and 100 agents at one time. Jan acquired her real estate license the year before she married Chris. Graduates of UD, where they met and married, Chris holds a Civil Engineering degree and Jan a Fine Arts degree with a major in Graphic Design. Their educational backgrounds have helped them immensely throughout their Real Estate career.
