We worked with Starr for a few months to find the perfect home. Starr was thorough, outgoing, and never turned us down for a showing. For my experience with Starr Fell and Zack I think I have meet the greatest realtors who make themselves available at many times.I mostly appreciate the honesty cause she’ll get you every detail you need to know about the property. She’ll not sell a bad home . If she approved,likely you have made a good choice. I’ll say trust them and let find you the best place to live.

Starr Fell and Zach Frick , they know what they are doing when it comes to buying and selling homes. I bought my home through Starr several years ago. My first home purchase. I put my trust in her and she lead me through it flawlessly. Recently I decided to sell my home and I contacted Starr and as a bonus Zach was on board as well. Again first time selling, they explained every detail so I understood. I got over asking price and it sold in 1 day! I recommend Starr and Zach for your realty needs,,,you will not regret it!

Starr is amazing at what she does. I had previously bought a house that had no heat in it that I wasn’t aware of. Starr helped me sell that home and took care of everything that needed to be done with putting in new heat for the buyers. I didn’t have to worry about any of that. She also helped me buy my second home. It’s everything I wanted! I would highly recommend using Starr to help you find the home of your dreams. I will never trust anybody else to help me through this process if I ever decide to buy again!

I thought of Starr first when we wanted to list my mom's home. It needed some work and I knew Starr would be completely honest with my mom--It was important that mom heard exactly what needed to be done to help sell her home. Starr was candid and we made the improvements needed. She went above and beyond to find a painter and carpet installer who did an excellent job for us at an INCREDIBLE price. By listening to Starr's advice, the value of the property increased (minus the improvements)by over $35,000. Amazing! To top it off, once the house was listed, it sold IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR! No one knows the region better than Starr. She was fabulous from start to finish.
