Stefanie Bernier

Stefanie entered the real estate world when she bought and remodeled her first home in 2008 doing the majority of work herself. Following her completion of the Construction Program at UCC, she undertook numerous other remodels, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She later worked as a commercial mortgage inspector and an Oregon certified residential home inspector, a certification she still holds. The knowledge and experience Stefanie has gained as an inspector, in addition to her personal ventures gives her clients a distinct advantage when it comes to real estate.

A lifelong Douglas County resident, Stefanie currently resides in Roseburg with her husband, three children and a few furry companions. She enjoys much of what Oregon has to offer, loving the coast, hiking and camping. With an eye for detail and potential, Stefanie ensures her clients the best value possible whether buying or selling.
