Last year, I embraced the role of a team leader with The PREMIERE Group Brokered by Real Broker, LLC. for a rapidly expanding team, a humbling experience that followed my departure from corporate America. In my previous role, I was involved in restaurant training, covering various job functions for employees at all levels. The decision to leave that environment was driven by my commitment to providing a better life for my family.

Currently, I lead a team of 8 agents in our local market, part of a larger team with 175+ agents and growing spread across the United States. We benefit from a dedicated marketing manager who handles our social media, branding, and other promotional activities. Throughout my real estate career, I've successfully closed deals ranging from $110,000 to $900,000 and worked with diverse clients.

My commitment to transparency extends to communication with clients. Whether the news is positive or challenging, I believe in keeping my clients informed to prevent any potential issues. I understand the importance of tailoring marketing strategies to each property, utilizing tools such as photography, video tours, and targeted approaches to attract the right buyers.
