Above and beyond. Of all the words I can think of to describe Stefanie, above and beyond seems to be the best way to describe her approach to everything she does. From finding us the right property, to giving us moving supplies, to staging our house for photography and sale, and beyond! Everything she did (and continues to do) for us seems like more than I ever expected a realtor to do. She seems to have the phone number for every honest professional in the greater Cincinnati area (painters, electricians, even water proofing professionals). When a waterproofing company wanted to charge us nearly $40,000, she referred me to her waterproofing professionals. They showed me where our house already has waterproofing and that we only needed to spend $1,200 to fix a couple cracks. If it wasn’t for Stefanie we could have easily spent way more than necessary. But that’s how Stefanie works- she’s always looking out to make sure her customers are not taken advantage of. She continually goes above and beyond watching out for their best interest. I would never consider undertaking any real estate transaction without Stefanie by my side. She’s the most trustworthy and honest realtor in the greater Cincinnati area.

I learned of Stefanie and her amazing team when my friend sold her house. The extra effort and attention that Stefanie put into that sale really stood out to me, but I had no idea what that truly entailed until we selected her to sell our home.

Our home was a one-of-a-kind property that had no comps for the surrounding area. That makes the selling process very tricky with appraisals. The Show Time Team came in and rearranged furniture, brought several staging items, spent four hours making sure everything would look amazing in the listing pictures, and even changed out a light fixture that didn’t fit the room. When they were done, my husband said, “We should buy this house!” That’s how impressive the house looked. The pictures of course popped and enticed several showings. They even staged the outdoor living area and pool.

We are thrilled to say that we sold our home in a cash offer that went as beautifully as any closing could have gone. Stefanie was extremely instrumental in having contacts in plumbing, electrical, and radon mitigation that made all requested repairs no problem at all. She knows everyone!!

I was fortunate to be referred to Stephanie Creech by my estate attorney. This was my third home sale, but my first time selling a home in Probate. My Grandparents lived in this home nearly 60 years. This was our family home. And Stephanie Creech became like a family member.

You want your Realtor to be a/an:
1. Communicator
2. Expert
3. Compassionate person

Stephanie was all of the above, but you can place the word ‘Outstanding’ in front of each one. When you are selling your family home, it’s tough. When you are selling your family home and you live 9 hours away, and your family home has approximately 40 years of memories and artifacts in every nook and cranny, it becomes challenging to say the least. Stephanie handled our home as if it were her own. She brought her expertise and her abundance of resources front and center. She communicated with me and my family every step of the way. And she NEVER showed exhaustion, impatience or irritation with the amount of work that was needed to place our home on the market. At times, I kind of thought she enjoyed it!

The sale of our family home was a major project, requiring movers, dumpsters, donation agencies, tree removal, equipment removal, deep cleaning…everything! It was emotional and tiring.
