Stefanie Gillespie

Born and raised in Orange County, California, I bring a unique blend of experience to real estate. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University Long Beach and years of operations management experience, I’ve developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills. As a credentialed Montessori teacher, I’ve spent time teaching and understanding diverse perspectives, which helps me connect with clients on a personal level. I also own out-of-state investment properties, giving me valuable experience from a landlord's point of view.

For the past 6 years, I’ve specialized in listings, buyers, investment properties (AS-IS), leases, and relocation services, collaborating with agents nationwide. Real estate is a passion of mine because I love crafting customized marketing strategies, negotiations, and solutions for every client’s unique needs—ensuring I exceed their expectations.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, friends, and enjoy activities like game nights, pool days, camping, traveling, and cooking. I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your real estate goals and look forward to partnering with you!
