Stefanie has been our family’s realtor for years, she has worked with my wife and I in the Selling our home and purchasing a new home when we retired. She also helped sell our rental house. She has worked with our children to buy there first homes and sell them, when they were ready to upgrade. Stefanie is a quality person who cares about her clients best interest first and her advise is rock solid!

Stefanie is a Godsend! She has helped me sell and buy and made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish in both experiences. Her staging of my condo was gorgeous and helped to sell my place for more than I expected. She lovingly held my hand through the process and was available anytime to answer my questions. When it came to buying my house, she thoughtfully found properties that not only fit my budget but also my personality. I ended up getting something that needed a love, and she negotiated a price that left me with funds to make some fixes, as well as helped me find the right contractor to do the work. She goes above and beyond and has sincerely become a dear friend, because she loves her clients and bends over backwards for us.

Stefanie Kypreos was born for real estate! I just sold my first home, that had been in my family for 30 years. Big step for me and Stefanie was there the whole way. I highly recommend Stefanie Kypreos and The Irwin Group. Stephanie is knowledgable and professional. She has an infectious energy and she made the task of selling our home enjoyable! She has an incredible ability to get stuff DONE. We worked with her before our home went on the market, following her advice on how to maximize our return on investment. She coordinated contractors to work on things that needed attention before sale. She worked with an incredible staging team and photographer - our home and property had never looked better! On top of all of her professionalism, she is fun to be around and took all the pain out of what could have been a very stressful experience. Highly recommend!
