Stefanie has superpowers. In 2022 the housing market was still crazy and she got me the home I wanted for the perfect price. She was so patient with me figuring out what I wanted, where I wanted it and so helpful when I was crazy with stress. She helped me with everything and I'm so glad I put my trust in her. She's capable, educated, intelligent and has been a realtor for a very long time. Highly, highly, highly recommend her.

I had an very difficult transaction where the buyer's attorney was incorrect on a fairly serious matter that was costly to me. I was incredibly agitated dealing with a pompous and uneducated attorney and despite that Ms. Prettyman and the KW team did everything they could to navigate a problem fabricated by a third party. They care, even when it's not an issue of their own making. You want this person and her team in your corner, no need to look further.

Stefanie was our realtor this spring. She is truly the best in the business! She helped us navigate what turned out to be a very complex home purchase while also selling our previous home. She's so incredibly knowledgeable of township policies, local contractors, etc. She's also technically knowledgeable on different aspects of the home which was super helpful during our inspection and subsequent septic issues. Our complex home purchase would never had worked out without Stef's dedication and hard work. We love the home, and are grateful to her for making it happen! I cannot recommend her enough if you are moving in NJ!

If it wasn’t for Stefanie’s knowledge and expertise in all things real estate I wouldn’t have gotten this far in my real estate journey. She just did fabulous work with us on getting our first house! We can't say enough how much we want to thank her. Me and my wife give her a 10/10! Without her hard work and how knowledgeable/professional she is, we most likely won't be owning our first property which we call Home for our Family now.
