Stephanie Adams is a seasoned real estate professional with broad market expertise. A licensed realtor in Texas since 1994, she has acquired valuable, diverse experience in residential sales and leasing, commercial and land, corporate relocation, property management, and other facets of the business. While properties have always been at the heart of Stephanie's work, the relationships with her clients and being part of their stories are most important and have meant the most to her. She is genuinely vested in helping people achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling a home and believes that building trust is essential in all her interactions. A native of South Texas, Stephanie received a Psychology degree from Texas A&M University. While there, she worked in real estate managing property, then advanced her career there. After roles as a property manager and leasing agent, she became a district manager of a large real estate company specializing in third-party management and a realtor for a national brokerage firm.
After a few years off to raise her family, Stephanie re-entered the field full-time in 2008. Though she has lived and worked in other parts of Texas, Rockwall has since been her home base and area of specialty for the past 12 years. With an approach centered on honesty, integrity, and attention to detail, Stephanie enjoys a thriving business comprised mainly of referrals and repeat business. She supports her clients in all aspects of the real estate process, from the emotional side to the financial standpoint, guiding them with clarity, confidence, and success.
Stephanie is a proud member of professional real estate organizations, including DFW MetroTex Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a busy mother and an active community member who has served on the PTA of her children's schools, as a Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees for six years and is the current board president.
