Stephanie is an amazing realtor!!! I can't say enough about her professionalism and her work ethic!! She goes far beyond what the typical realtor does! She was always available for any question, offered a ton of advice and provided so many creative ideas on how to get more people interested in our home!! She even hosted an open house for all realtors in Stark County, offering them lunch and prepared gift bags for all who attended! Like I said, she was amazing!!!

Stephanie gave great advice during the whole process. She advised me how to prep my house, the pictures she had taken were AMAZING, and the timing of how she put it on the market, all perfect. She sold my house, really, the first day, but we held out until after the open house three days later. THREE DAYS! Also, we received above asking price, which is always good! She knows her stuff. I highly recommend using Stephanie and her team.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with! We were moving to the Akron area from Indiana and lucked out being connected with her by chance through Zillow. This was the best thing that could have happened for us! She immediately made us feel as though we were her top priority in helping us find a home. She did multiple video call home showings all over the Akron area as well as multiple in person showings when we were able to make trips out, and helped us make the hard decision to walk away from a home that we had gone into contract for when the inspection went awry. She didn’t give up and had us set up to look at another home straight away and we were able to find a place that works for our family. Stephanie will work HARD for you and make you feel as though you are the only client she has. Such a wonderful realtor and we were so lucky to have found her!

Stephanie and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Stephanie doesn't want to sell you any house, she wants to find your home. She works tirelessly to find the place that will fit your needs. Stephanie and her team are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly very, VERY patient! As a first time home buyer, I had many, many questions and Stephanie was there to answer every one of them no matter the time of day. I honestly don't think she sleeps..

Stephanie and Jeff are the best! They were super easy to work with, even through our whole relocation process. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our home went well over list price and with multiple offers. They were able to help us navigate all of this and ultimately pick the best buyer for our home. I cannot say enough about Stephanie and how wonderful she was to work with. As I sit here in my beautiful new house, that I would have lost at least 3 times without her help, I know I’ll always be grateful that I accidentally found her website. She helped us make good decisions and prepare our house for sale, getting us a great offer on day one of the listing! She helped us find a new place - there was never a house on the market that met our criteria for more than 15 minutes before she notified me. She fought for us when the sellers’ awful agent did everything possible to make our lives harder and when the mortgage company forgot how to do their jobs. She held our hands while we freaked out. You will never have a better agent than Stephanie. It’s just not possible.

Stephanie was recommended to us by our mortgage broker. We required someone who was highly communicative and knowledgeable about homes in the Akron area as we were buying from out of state. Stephanie stayed on top of things and was in constant contact about what was going on as we looked and made offers, even texting with us late into the evening. She walked us through the process so that we were comfortable with each stage. Even now that the home buying process is complete she still checks in to make sure we’re doing okay and see if we need any help or recommendations for the work that needs doing on our old lady. It is safe to say that we now consider her part of our family. I can give no higher recommendation for a realtor than Stephanie and her team.

Stephanie is a gem. When it came time to move my mother-in-law to independent living, we needed to clear clutter, downsize belongings and sell her condo. From the time I first contacted Stephanie until now (well after closing,) she has been available to answer questions, give advice, share her knowledge and put out fires. The property was a hot item, and we had been inundated with offers before even deciding to sell. Once Stephanie took us in, she skillfully managed all of the people aspects and brought us an enormous sense of peace. She has a proven formula to bring in the most offers in the shortest amount of time. Stephanie’s organization made what could have been a difficult process very simple with easy to follow steps towards our final goal, which was selling - and that she did - with a cash offer well above ask. We could not have made a better decision to work with Stephanie and Jeff to sell our current home and also buy our dream home! Steph and Jeff are incredibly knowledgeable about the state of the market, what to look for in a new house, tips on how to sell our current house, how to stage each room for pictures, what contractors to use for work that needed to be done, and working through the mortgage process. Stephanie hired the most amazing photographer (and completely staged our house) who made our home look so beautiful that it was hard to leave. When our furnace broke the week before selling, Jeff spent his entire day on the phone with our home warranty company to help with reimbursement.
