Stephanie was raised in New York, but Spokane is where she calls home. When she first moved to Spokane in 1991, with her husband and young family, they quickly discovered that Spokane is a hidden treasure. They took one look at the beauty of the Palouse, purchased some acreage, and built a home just ten minutes south of downtown. She has been in love with the Pacific Northwest ever since.

Stephanie wasted no time getting outdoors on the weekends to explore the region’s hiking and camping spots along nearby lakes and mountains. The availability of outdoor recreation was a natural fit for us. They enjoyed the slower pace.

Spokane welcomed their family with open arms. Their three children attended local public schools and they experienced firsthand the investment the Spokane community makes in supporting its youth.

Once her children moved onto college, she knew she wanted to put her business degree to use. So she co-founded Live Real Estate. Today, Live Real Estate is one of the top agencies in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Stephanie holds a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Bentley University. She is a licensed real estate agent in Washington State and Idaho. She has been working in residential real estate since 2009. She has had the opportunity to experience the depths of the housing market downturn as well as the remarkable ensuing expansion in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) agent. It can be a stressful process if you are selling your property, downsizing, or transitioning to a different living situation. But even more so for seniors. She knows from personal experience. She has guided many seniors through this exact situation, including her own mother. In addition, she is also a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP). The Fairchild Air Force Base is located just outside the city. Many military families moved to Spokane, WA each year. Stephanie helped several families navigate the challenges of findings a new home to settle into during their deployment.
