We first met Stephanie and James 15 years ago when we bought property in Nashville. We are from another state and Stephanie was on the phone to us within an hour of our first communication. We were impressed then, and that sentiment has only grown over the years. They know the Nashville market inside and out, and have been our go-to for all things real estate since. We have both bought and sold with them, and all transactions went smoothly and were well-explained. In addition to their deep knowledge, years of experience, and excellent communication, they are good people, down to earth, and honest. No bs. They listen, give their opinion and advice when asked, but are never pushy; they always have your best interests in mind. I cannot stress how important good communication is for me, especially with a real estate agent. They are extremely responsive and on top of everything. Stephanie and James are a great team, and you won’t go wrong with them. I highly recommend!

I can't begin to tell you how easy it was to buy a house with Nesting in Nashville. Stephanie and James really made the process seamless. James told me what to look for during walk throughs on things I would have never thought of and made great suggestions. Stephanie somehow knew what the sellers would do and she saved us a lot of money. I'm not sure how she does that. I loved working with them!

Worked with James and Stephanie to purchase two properties one in Nashville and one in Franklin. They are dedicated, attentive, and caring. I trust their judgment and knowledge of the market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
They are patient with the process and NOT pushy sales people (which is rare to find in agents these days!!) we started looking for an investment short term rental property in 2017, purchased in 2018 and then purchased another investment in 2020.
From the very beginning of the process to the actual purchase of our investments, Stephanie & James were a huge help and pleasure to work with. Very easy-going and informative. They know what they’re talking about and if they don’t- they make sure to find out for you. As first time home buyers, the Nashville real estate market seemed overwhelming to us. Where to even begin? After about a dozen online searches I came across the Nesting in Nashville website and it was love at first site! Their website was full of easy to read information with helpful real estate tips specific to Nashville and insight into all the different neighborhoods in and outside of the city. When I read that James and Stephanie lived in Donelson and they were a husband and wife team I knew I had found our real estate agents. Best decision we could have made.

James and Stephanie were so, so easy to work with, communicative and responsive, knowledgeable, and, above all, professional. You don't realize until you're in the midst of the home buying process how much stress a good real estate agent can take off your shoulders and that's exactly what James and Stephanie did. It took us a few months (in the middle of a pandemic) to find a home we absolutely loved and once we did James and Stephanie helped us put together a competitive offer that was ultimately accepted by the seller. Stephanie not only helped us find our beloved home in Nashville, but four years later when we had to move out of state she helped us sell it. We were first time homebuyers so we were very naïve to the whole process. She helped us navigate the decisions in a very patient, kind, and informative way. Not only is she a Nashville native, but also she has years of experience in the industry and knows the market well. Buying the home was a seamless transaction however selling was not so easy due to extenuating circumstances. Sometimes things don’t go as planned and although our home sold within a month it was on the market our potential buyer was denied the loan he was preapproved for. So, we were back on the market again. Stephanie guided us through this process and got our home sold (for the second time) at the same closing date as our initial offer! She is definitely someone we felt comfortable trusting especially in foreign waters.
