Stephanie Davis

Stephanie Davis is a full-time REALTOR® and broker associate with The Boulevard Company, AND host of the Emmy-nominated TV show, "Selling Charleston" with The American Dream TV. Stephanie loves exploring and sharing the lifestyle, culture, and real estate that make Charleston so special, but her passion is simplifying the real estate process and empowering her clients to make good real estate decisions.

Stephanie's philosophy is simple: people first. She pledges to be in regular communication with her clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the buying and/or selling process. She believes that buying and selling should be fun, and can be if you know what to expect.

Although Stephanie has been recognized by Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® more than 12 times since she launched her career in 2007, she doesn't measure success through achievements or awards. She measures her success by the number of clients who refer her to friends and family and choose to work with her again and again.

As a life-long learner, Stephanie continually looks for ways to add knowledge and tools to her business. Her clients benefit from her experience in the market, and her on-going curiosity about it.

Stephanie became a real estate investor in 2013, and currently holds both long- and short-term rentals. She completed training in commercial real estate in 2020 and negotiated her first commercial lease in 2021.

Stephanie values education and training. She recently became a trained mediator, and earned her certification as a real estate divorce specialist. She is currently working toward earning a certificate in Project Management.

Stephanie grew up in the Midwest and graduated from Drake University. She was a Psychological Operations Sergeant in the Army Reserves at Fort Bragg, NC, then moved to Charleston in 2005.

When she's not helping buyers and sellers, Stephanie is probably playing tennis, volunteering, reading, or hanging out with friends and family.
