I can only say amazing things about Stephanie and how she helped me through the purchase of my condo! She was extremely patient throughout the process and especially helped me during the negotiation. I know it is a tight, seller’s market so we needed to make wise decisions quickly. Now being a few months after the deal closed and I’ve settled in, I cannot be happier!!

Her advice to keep the deal together during the negotiation was irreplaceable!!! There was an instance where she felt the seller was demanding a few irregular items. I, being a first-time homebuyer, thought it was a normal part of the back and forth of process of negotiating. However, after further discussion with her as well as our attorney, we concluded, they were trying to back out of the deal. Her being extremely thorough on the front end of the deal, knowing the neighborhood, the condo association & building comps, things went as smooth as they could ever go. Needless to say, the deal was kept together, we received exactly what we wanted, plus a price that I never thought would be achievable.

I look forward to working with her again in the future and don’t look anywhere else for a realtor!

I can't recommend Stephanie enough! Not only is her knowledge of the real estate market second to none but she also has the clients best interest at heart at all times. I have worked with Stephanie on numerous properties and her focus has always been the client and putting them in the best position possible.
