Stephanie really listens to your dreams! She helped my husband and I make our dream of buying land a reality. We did not have an easy situation (selling a fixer upper) and wanted land to build a dream home. She gave our listing so much attention and care and we sold quickly! This allowed us to move on buying the land we were really wanting and she helped us through the entire process. She was always available for questions and would always check in. Stephanie was so supportive and understanding! As first time home buyers we were so blessed and grateful to have her on our team! Her unfaltering willingness to drive and meet us as soon as possible, and a few hard reality checks made the crazy, hectic part of looking for a home bearable! She was incredibly patient with all our questions and took care of most of the hurdles behind the scenes, making sure to check in and keep us updated afterwards.

When we started we had no idea we'd actually be able to get into a house. So we started in 2020 looking at houses with Stephanie and she was taking all the requests we had and looking for some she thought met our needs. It was great we got going and then had to take a short break when we felt like we weren't going to be able to get a house at all and then the start of 21 Stephanie suggested we get back on the horse and try again and now we've closed on the house and started the new life process and I'm so glad that Stephanie was my agent she made us feel like family and really went above and beyond to make this a smooth process.

Stephanie was great right from the start! She immediately helped with finding various homes to go and view. My wife and I asked multiple questions along the way and she was very knowledgable. Once we found the perfect home, Stephanie helped walk us through exactly what to expect leading up to closing on the house (first time homebuyers here)! She also made sure that everything stayed on track and was available anytime we had a question or concern. Stephanie was extremely friendly, genuine and all around a pleasure to work with. She even gifted us a few housewarming items which was unexpected but super thoughtful! :) My wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!!

Stephanie is very professional and responsive! The recent co-op that I had a pleasure of conducting with her was smooth for all parties involved. As realtors we get into a position where we come across Some counter parts that act very unprofessional and rude and it just makes for a terrible experience.
