If you are going to buy or sell a house, Stephanie is the realtor you want to use. Her knowledge of the industry and process is invaluable as is her attention to detail. She is very hands on and walks you through the whole process. TV shows make it look so simple, but the reality is that there are a ton of moving parts and you need a realtor who has the expertise to help you navigate through it. Her assistant Michelle is also amazing. She is quick to respond to emails/texts and you can tell that they have been working together for years. Having built and owned our North Milford home since 1995, it was clear that after making the decision to sell that the only person we would consider to be our Realtor would be Stephanie Ellison. Raising a family now grown and choosing to downsize was a life altering decision for us and through that experience we could not have asked for a better person to spearhead the process. Armed with her valuable expertise of an ever changing market, the process included everything from the initial assessment, guiding us through the changes/updates that our home would benefit from, hiring a photographer who produced the most absolutely beautiful exterior/interior photographs, pricing the property to receive the most traction and quick sell all of which culminated with an outstanding staging job…truly outstanding! In the past, she assisted me to sell a property in Hamden and with the purchase of my first home in Milford. So, when I was ready to sell my house, I thought of no one but Stephanie. I have worked with other agents on real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Stephanie is the best agent I have ever used.

Stephanie has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client’s time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to phone calls and emails. Stephanie shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done.
