About Stephanie

Hobie and Stephanie Jensen are a husband and wife real estate team that got their start in the real estate industry in 2009 by purchasing and renovating Hobie’s college house. They both attended Chico State; Hobie studied Construction Management and Sustainable Manufacturing, Stephanie studied Political Science: Legal Studies. After college, they continued to invest in real estate in Chico and decided that being real estate agents and helping others find the joy of home ownership was their true passion. They have been full time realtors since 2015 and continue to invest and renovate homes in the Chico community.

Hobie and Stephanie take the team approach to real estate and formed The Jensen Group. The process of buying and selling homes in today’s real estate market can be complex and often a deeply personal venture. Each client deserves full attention and service that only a team of real estate professionals can offer and provide. Hobie and Stephanie do not split up between clients, it is the whole team for each client that they work with. Every client means the world to them and they attribute their successes to making sure they back up everything that they promise with action and results.

Hobie and Stephanie have called Chico home for over a decade, living in the heart of The Avenues, and serving all of Chico and surrounding communities. When they aren’t working they are either out for a bike ride, playing golf, volleyball, or enjoying the company of family and good friends.
