Stephanie Moio

Stephanie is a full-time realtor and works in the J. Barrett and Company office in Marblehead. She previously worked at William Raveis Real Estate from 2007-2013 and Carlson/GMAC Real Estate office in Marblehead from 1997-2007. She not only lists and sells real estate in Marblehead but has also sold homes from Lynn to Newburyport and Gloucester. Stephanie is a multi-million-dollar producer and has consistently increased sales over the years. She has been a member of the Chairman's Club, Medallion Summit Club, President's Club and Sapphire Medallion Club at William Raveis Real Estate and Carlson/GMAC Real Estate. Stephanie works with many clients who are relocating to the area as well as those who are looking to change homes in the North Shore. Being someone who has relocated herself, Stephanie understands the process and tries to make it as easy as possible.
