Stephanie Noble is the founder & Owner of Thrive Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate Brokerage located in Folsom, CA. As a 16-year real estate industry veteran, Stephanie provides strategic solutions to clients’ unique circumstances through her advanced skills of problem-solving and comprehension of complex transactions. As a Folsom area native, Stephanie’s love for real estate began at a very young age. Since opening her first Brokerage in 2011, Stephanie has been involved in hundreds of successful Real Estate transactions within the local market. She has extensive knowledge of distressed sales and investment properties, as well as excels in traditional residential Real Estate Sales.
