Stephanie Peduzzi-Baker

Stephanie Peduzzi-Baker spent her 20s in the exciting milieu of Austin, Texas. As a native Vermonter, she returned to her roots, and has worked as a Realtor throughout Windham County for the past fourteen years. As an active community member, Steph has established a network of connections reaching throughout the region- real estate related and beyond.

Stephanie’s dedication to her clients is unrivalled. She is known for her empathy and boundless work ethic. Gifted with an artistic eye and an innate sense of spatial awareness, one of Steph’s recognized talents is in readying homes for sale to maximize a property’s value and buyer appeal. Time and time again, she has sensitively helped sellers successfully capitalize on one of their greatest assets.

When not assisting Sellers and Buyers, she can be found hiking in the woods with her rescue dog and "co-pilot", Hershi. Her great love is the outdoors and the natural beauty surrounding us. Steph enjoys gardening, photography and fully immersing herself in Vermont's glorious four seasons. Stephanie has a true appreciation of the arts and, particularly, music. She is especially proud of her part in raising and launching two wonderful sons, Ian and Morgan Baker.
