She was always accessible and never left any detail to chance… Her communication skills are exceedingly effective and rare in today’s world..She always made the time to answer my questions thoroughly and to explain every aspect of each stage of this process. My wife Joan and I had the pleasure of working with real estate agent Stephanie Plaza. She helped us prepare to sell our home in Harwinton as well as locate a new home for us in Southington. From the beginning, Stephanie proved to be so dedicated, friendly, patient, and professional. She was always available to answer all of our questions...and we had many...because we hadn't bought a home for 35 years. She has an incredible work ethic and made us feel as if we were the most important people in the world. She carefully explained the selling and buying processes to us in terms we understood, and when we felt a bit overwhelmed, she quickly found ways to make us more relaxed. We can't imagine that there is a better agent out there. We strongly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to relocate. She is amazing. And, she did all of this while caring for a two year old and expecting another child!
