As a 3rd generation Realtor® and business partner with her mother, Tracy Ronca (fellow Compass agent), Stephanie understands real estate on a deeper level than most and is driven to continue her family's successful reputation for years to come. She has handled many transactions over the course of her career, from luxury estate sales, to rural vineyard properties, 1031 exchanges, multi-family commercial sales, investment properties, vacation rental purchases, and to representing first-time homebuyers. Tracy and Stephanie Ronca often work as a team to better assist their clients and provide them concierge-style representation.

As a 30-year resident, Stephanie has spent years understanding San Luis Obispo County's unique communities, neighborhoods, school districts, and market trends. Stephanie is tech-savvy and offers a fresh perspective on marketing a property for sale in this digital age. In addition to being born and raised in San Luis Obispo, Stephanie attended the local California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly SLO), graduating with a degree in journalism and public relations in 2013. Upon her departure from Cal Poly, she relocated to Southern California to work for the Los Angeles Dodgers and then for a boutique sports agency. Stephanie later followed in her mother's footsteps, to pursue a successful career in real estate, in Manhattan Beach, California and finally in San Luis Obispo.

Stephanie is on the esteemed board of directors for the French Hospital Medical Center Foundation, co-chair for the French Hospital Foundation's annual charity gala, a member of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, and active with the SLO Young Professionals Networking Group. Stephanie previously served on the board of directors for both the San Luis Obispo and Los Angeles Cal Poly Alumni Chapters and is very involved with Cal Poly SLO. Stephanie currently resides in San Luis Obispo with her husband Sandy Matthews, and enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting the nearby wineries, relaxing by the beach, and making memories with their beloved labradoodle "Cooper."
