We have now used Stephanie Seplowin to both buy and sell our house. She has been exceptional on both ransactions. On the buying side, she took the time to understand our needs and desires, spent countless hours finding bossible homes, locations and school systems that would fit, eventually finding the perfect home. We got an excellent value and were able to close exactly when we wanted. The process was extremely smooth. We then were asked to relocate with my company only a year later. We once again called Steph and had the house isted within a week. Steph took the right approach with regards to pricing the home and we were able to secure an offer within about 45 days, which was $20,000 more than we paid less than a year ago. We once again went through he process leading up to closing, which was not as smooth as the buyers had trouble with their mortgage company. Steph stepped up through the process regularly updating us. We had to set a closing date after our relocation out of he country, and Steph handled everything from there...ensuring the house was in good shape and navigating the lose process. Stephanie Seplowin is outstanding. She was our agent when we purchased our home five years ago. She made the process so smooth and really worked hard for us and kept our best interests at the forefront. When we unexpectedly had to transfer and sell our home, there was no other choice for us but Stephanie. She went far above and beyond just serving as our realtor. She guided us through making smart update choices that would help us sell our house quickly and helped us find the professionals to make it happen. In the first five days our house was listed, we had three showings and three offers. Two other homes on our street had been listed for over a year without selling; we closed less than two months after listing. I cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie. - J

Stephanie is great at what she does - she has the experience needed to help you through buying and selling a home. We used her to buy our home, sell an investment property and have referred several friends to her. Everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about Stephanie and all would use her again. She takes the time to help you understand what needs to be done to get the best price for your home when selling. We walked through the home before listing it and discussed things to fix/change and things where she didn't feel the cost would provide an increase in sales price. She stayed on top of the buyers throughout the transaction to ensure everything went smoothly and kept on track to close. She communicated with our attorney as well.
