About Stephanie

Stephanie Steward-La Chance has enjoyed being in the real estate business all her life! She was born and raised in a real estate family…in nearby Boulder, Colorado – a Colorado Native! In 1991, she graduated from Fairview High School and was fortunate to immediately attend Colorado State University where she graduated in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in both Marketing and Human Resource Management. In 1995, immediately following her college graduation she received her Colorado Real Estate License and has enjoyed practicing in the real estate ever since!

Over the years of working in Fort Collins, she makes sure to take time to enjoy the beauties of this state. The outdoors truly is her refuge. Let it be hiking, boating, biking, hunting, fishing or just relaxing! She is grateful for having a Black Lab, a retired service dog who she calls “Ranger Danger”! She enjoys all these activities together along with friends and family. She also loves to cook! A sunset dinner, or a nice stroll and finding a nice outdoor patio or relaxing at home…is a perfect evening. Northern Colorado is truly a Paradise.
