Stephanie Swafford

Born in raised in Wichita and a Wichita State grad, my roots are here. I spent over 10 years working in the field of social services helping people establish a home that is safe, loving and healthy for their family. I then decided to switch my focus to helping families and individuals find a house that they can turn into a loving home. I'm determined to help clients sell their home and to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible. It is my passion to help clients find their dream home that meets their needs or attain a great investment property. I will take all the time and effort to help my clients find the home that is a perfect match. I provide my clients with the highest level of representation, whether it be selling or purchasing a property and provide constant communication throughout the process.

As a member of the Realtors of South Central Kansas, the Kansas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, I have endless resources and networks in place to serve my clients. I also continue to attend real estate education classes to keep myself up to date in the ever-changing real estate market.
