Stephanie Tamblyn

Stephanie Tamblyn has 25 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in brokerage, asset and property management, construction project management, and corporate real estate.

Since 1997, she has worked for entrepreneurial commercial development, acquisition, leasing, and management companies in Denver. In addition, she helped handle the corporate real estate management of 85 U.S. and Canadian offices for a $1 billion global environmental engineering firm based in Broomfield.

In 2003, Stephanie started Tamblyn Real Estate Investments (TREI) and has been a residential real estate broker on a part or full-time basis, while working full-time in corporate commercial real estate until 2014.

In 2014, Stephanie left the corporate world to expand TREI’s focus in representing residential clients in buying and selling homes on a full-time basis.

TREI specializes in working with a small number of clients at one time, in order to provide the highest level of service throughout the entire transaction. With this strategy, she is able to identify and close the best properties in the hottest markets for her buyers and negotiate top dollar prices and terms for her sellers.

In 2015, Stephanie expanded her scope of services to residential sellers. She found there was a great need for additional services in listing properties that were not being offered by other brokerage companies in the market. On a case-by-case basis, services may include staging, repairs, improvements, landscaping, contractor and vendors referrals, and several other services as needed.

TREI also offers commercial real estate consulting and brokerage services. On the commercial side, TREI handles brokerage, asset management, acquisition, due diligence, construction project management, and corporate real estate services. Consulting fees are negotiable, based on project size and scope. Brokerage services are contracted through an exclusive listing or buying agreement with the landlord or tenant.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration and has held a Colorado Real Estate Brokerage license since 2000. She grew up in Minnesota and moved to Colorado 30 years ago in 1992. She lived in Boulder from 1992 to 1997, in Denver from 1997 to 2006, and currently lives in Arvada since 2006 with her husband and two kids.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and kids Ashley and Andrew hiking, running, skiing, and snowboarding in the Colorado sunshine.

She also loves landscaping, home improvement projects, traveling with her family, and looking for investment property for TREI's growing portfolio.
