Stephanie Termine

Stephanie joined The Young Team in January 2022 as a Real Estate Consultant. She previously worked as a sales director and listing specialist for another team in the Cleveland area and has 10 years of experience working for local and national builders as well.

Stephanie relishes the fast-paced, ever changing real estate industry and loves the opportunity to work with many new people. A highly skilled agent with strong negotiation skills, she is motivated to make deals that help clients reach their goals. With a natural ability to lead, she excels at finding a resolution in every situation, no matter how difficult it may seem. She focuses on the needs of each individual client by asking insightful questions to understand their goals and formulate a plan.

Stephanie is a Cleveland area native, currently living in Strongsville. She loves the spectacular recreation center, easy access to downtown, as well as the amenities the city has to offer. She has a passion for Cleveland and loves the charm and architecture of the houses in the Cedar Fairmount neighborhood of Cleveland Heights, the shops and restaurants in Ohio City, Tremont, and Gordon Square, as well as downtown Rocky River, which offers some of the cutest boutique stores in Cleveland. She also enjoys Berea and its great walking trails, nature preserves, and a splash park that her children love. In her free time, she goes on local adventures with her children, exercises, and explores local restaurants and new places with her husband and friends.
