Co-Owner / Broker of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, Stephanie Wheeler brings 33 years' experience listing and selling real estate in the New London/Lake Sunapee region to her third., going on fourth, generation family business, one of the largest most influential real estate firms in Northern New England.

Stephanie is a New London, NH native and knows the front and back roads of the region like the palm of her hand. Since fresh out of college in 1985 with a BS degree in business, Stephanie has helped put buyers and sellers together in successful real estate transactions, consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar sales production. Her success is tied to Stephanie's true enjoyment of working in all aspects of the real estate field, especially collaborating directly with buyers and sellers providing the utmost in professional service on a personal level. Stephanie makes her home in New London with her husband and associate Jim Wheeler. Their son, Jackson, a recent business graduate, is following in his mom's footsteps. "It's in our DNA".

Stephanie is a past director of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, GRI 1Tri-State Graduate, past member of the NH Realtor's Governmental Affairs committee, Accredited Buyer Representative, a National Association of Realtor's certified e-Pro, published in Who's Who in Executives and Businesses and nominated as Woman of the Year by the American Biographical Institute and for Women of Excellence by the National Association of Professional and Executive Women and awarded New Hampshire Magazine's Top Real Estate Agents - Highest in Service & Overall Satisfaction.

Outside of the real estate field, Stephanie has volunteered her time in the community, including the Business Advisory Board to The Center For The Arts, a board member to Ledyard Bank New London Region Advisory Council, having served on the PAPA board, the parents organization at the college preparatory school Proctor Academy, appointed to the Keeping New London Presentable group, annually for New London Hospital Days Triathlon, as a past board member of the New London Outing Club, the Citizen's Advisory Committee to the New London Selectmen, at the Kearsarge Regional Elementary School - New London and with the New London Outing Club as a soccer coach, information coordinator for baseball and ski chaperone.

Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty and Stephanie support many local causes. One direct action program Stephanie is very enthusiastic about is the annual Coats of Care drive for all ages.

In her spare time Stephanie enjoys water skiing, downhill skiing, and tennis.
