Most were only concerned about listing my house and did not bring any offers to the table. After doing my research and finding the Agent who best sold homes in my price range, the choice was evident. Stephannie sold the most home in my price range by far, so we gave her a chance. We had two (2) viable offers the very first day......even with the current higher interest rate market. The house sold for what we listed (as well as where it appraised before) and best of all, sold to a family that it really fits. Stephannie and her "crew" are very knowledgeable, technologically savvy with marketing, and most of all, very nice people. Stephanie is beyond knowledgeable in her job! Approximately 13 years ago we hit a major rough patch in our lives. We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy. Due to this, we eventually got all our debt paid off on our own terms and now into our final home, almost four years ago. Stephannie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s sweet, honest, professional, and very responsive and with any questions you may have. We were in a position of buying a selling. She made this extremely stressful process practically painless and quick, and fought to get us the house we wanted. She spent so much time looking at different houses and helping us through both processes even in this crazy market. I feel like we saw and spoke with her almost everyday! We were recommended to her from a coworker, and I could not be happier with all the help that she provided. We love our new home and the experience we had! If we ever are in the position of needing a realtor again, she would have our business! We can not thank her enough for everything!

Our house was in a rural area, and comparison houses were hard to find. Stephannie did a fantastic job advertising our house, and the professional photos she did looked great. She sold our house for more, in a much shorter time than I could have anticipated. She is super-responsive to your requests. You should call her if you are selling your home.

Stephannie has her finger on the pulse of what her clients need, that much was clear to me when she was able to help us find our home in only 2 showings.
