We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy.
