My wife Nilka and I would like to begin our short story by giving thanks to Stephany Poseley. If it had not been for her, our first time home buying experience would have gone down the drain. Anyone who have been through this process would relate to our story... People have dreams and one is becoming a home owner. It's easier wanting than doing, reason being, if you don't have the right person working on your behalf that feels your dream as their own, well, forget about it!
It takes a special person, a lover of life and dreams. Needless to mention, our experience was a real dream that came through for my wife and I, because we had a wonderful human being on our side, a go getter, and a "wolf" lady. During our 30 days process, from the Acceptance of our Offer and the Closing, my wife started to become frustrated, and this is when Stephany stepped-in and became her confidant, counselor and making herself available to her every concerns and questions, and did she had many. Stephany was always there for us and we both appreciated her professionalism.

Stephany is such a blessing! We are a military family who did the selling of our house while we were states away because of her. She is a true professional, knows her stuff and is so welcoming with questions and any confusions (I had tons of questions lol).

I highly recommend Ms. Stephany I’m the buying/ selling process. She knows what she is doing and has great communication throughout the process.
