Before becoming a real estate broker in 2016, John L. Scott Yakima West’s Stephen Boynton was an electrician for commercial and residential projects. As an electrician he was among the first people on a project, digging trenches and laying conduit for pulling wire, and one of the last to leave before the home was finished. It was Stephen’s desire to be involved with the home buying and selling process after a home is complete that led him to become a real estate broker.
Stephen works with variety of clients – from those looking to relocate to a new home, purchase a commercial property for their business, invest in an income property or sell their current home. Due to his past residential construction experience, Stephen truly understands how homes are built and what they look like when you strip through all the cosmetic finishes.
