We had an outstanding experience working with Stephen. From the very beginning, his responsiveness set him apart. Any time we sent a text or email, he responded almost immediately and always with useful, thoughtful information that helped move things forward. That level of communication gave us confidence that nothing was slipping through the cracks.

Stephen is also extremely detail-oriented. He anticipated potential issues before they became problems, and whenever we had questions, he provided thorough, well-researched answers. During home tours, he was meticulous in pointing out details we might have overlooked — things that could affect our decision but weren’t always obvious at first glance. His ability to notice and explain those details showed how much he truly cared about helping us make an informed choice.

We also appreciated Stephen’s professionalism. He struck the perfect balance during showings: giving us space to explore each home on our own while staying close by and fully engaged, ready to answer questions. And if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he made sure to track it down quickly.

Thanks to his guidance, we found several homes we loved, and Stephen was instrumental in negotiating effectively on our behalf. His advice and advocacy made a real difference in the process and the outcome.

What really impressed us, though, were the personal touches. At closing, for example, we had a small question about how the entrance gate worked. We had had our condo on the market for some time with another agent with very few showings. Within a month of listing, with Stephen, he had more showings than we did in the year prior. Although the market was bad, he helped us get the unit seen. In the end, we decided to rent it and Stephen was great at getting it rented for us. He vetted potential renters and found a wonderful couple to rent our unit. Bye, sell, or rent, he is the best.

Professional, proactive, and engaged. Transformed a stressful situation into a positive experience. After 27 years with the NYPD, I had plans to retire to my home in Bay Crest Park, Tampa, a place I rented to a wonderful family for seven years. Then Hurricane Helene hit. My tenants lost everything.
