When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed 3 realtors. Steve did a walk thru of our home, let us know what we needed to do to improve the home prior to sale. Steve provided us with a comparative market analysis which was spot on regarding the listing price. We then made the necessary improvements to upgrade the property. We utilized several of Steves suggested vendors who we found to be reliable, did excellent work and were affordable. We then listed the property with the Ellerbrake team.

Steve’s team did a professional job of developing a listing of our home that exceeded our expectations. From the video, pictures and write up it was outstanding. His staff provided us with what to expect at every step of the way from listing thru closing. We were set up with a site to review and approve all home showing and be able to obtain the feedback from perspective buyers.

Our home was listed for a few days and received several offers. Steve was instrumental in providing the information we needed for us to make an informed decision. He was available at all days and times and took our calls.

After accepting an offer his teams recommendation of a title company again proved to be exceptional. We were pleased with the company and their management of our home sale. Everything went as planned and smoother then expected at closing. We credit Steve and his staff for their guidance every step of the way.

We found Steve and his team to be professional, responsive, courteous, engaging and respectful. We would highly recommend Steve and the Ellerbrake group if you are buying or selling your home.

My siblings and I had to prep and sell our father's house after his sudden passing. We had never sold a house before. We had never had to prep a house to be sold (get up to code etc.). This was a year + project for our family and Steve Ellerbrake and his team helped us each step of the way. They helped us through this overwhelming task and were always so nice to answer questions and to go above and beyond what I would have expected a relator and team to do. The house was only on the market for a few months and it was sold. Bittersweet for our family. But the big task was complete thanks to Ellerbrake Group. Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thank you so much!
