When not serving clients, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Susan, son Brandon and two fur babies whether its traveling, enjoying a great meal or just hanging out at home. Steve is also actively involved in his community. He is currently the Cubmaster for Pack 175 in Gloucester and serves with Liberty Kids ministry at his church. Steve's wife is a hospice RN with Riverside Hospice while Brandon actively helps his Grandfathers hobby farm.

Steve Flippin and his team were some of the kindest people my husband and I have had the pleasure to interact with! The whole team answered any and all of our questions with promptness and honesty, even the small, borderline silly ones.

A friend recommended Steve to assist us in finding our first home, and from start to finish the experience was painless and straight forward. Steve always greeted us with a smile, took the time to get to know us as people, and had a joke or funny story for every situation, which just made the home touring experiences all the more fun.

On the financial side, Renea and Kaitlyn were both wonderful as well and very knowledgeable in the loan process. Renea kept the line of communication open with us, and when we hit a small bump in the road at the start of the process she was quick to offer solutions to get us right back on track.

Overall, my husband and I walked away from the whole process with a home we love and nothing but praise for Steve and his team. If you're looking for a real estate team that will make your home purchasing experience fun and easy, there's really nothing better than the Flippin Experience. :)
