About Stephen

Stephen is the type of person that starts a project and sees it through to completion. He decided to become licensed in real estate after raising his daughter just beyond the toddler stage. Diving right into real estate, he saw quick success and formed a clientele attracted by his honesty and good service skillset. While working and learning with every closed transaction and happy clients, he decided it was time to take the next step. Stephen studied and passed his brokers exam. Stephen has developed an eye for positive investment opportunities which has trickled out to his investor clients’ portfolios. Browsing the multi-list one day he came across the old Trailways bus station for sale, realizing the potential right away to move he and his partner's salon, Lox, to a permanent home. This purchase and remodel have contributed to an important redevelopment area in Hot Springs. Stephen never sitting idle, saw another opportunity with an abandoned adjacent parking lot. After a successful offer and acceptance on the lot, Stephen began plans for a food truck court. Now fully operational, the court provides a pleasant landscape and food options in an area with limited restaurant selections. While doing all these projects and working full time in real estate, Stephen and his partner adopted a son! Raising two infants and completing other successful projects, Stephen continues to grow his real estate business with current market knowledge and following the Golden Rule. Stephen holds three designations Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). These designations are additional course work outside of required yearly continuing education; valuable tools to aid clients in the home buying and selling process.
