With a wonderful wife of 20 years and five children Stephen is a devoted husband and caring father seeking to never lose focus of his greatest commitments in life…. Throughout our entire buying and selling process I was very impressed with Tim Vanstrein (whom I primarily worked with) and Stephen and their admin Karen. It had been 21 years since my wife and I last bought and sold our homes, but Stephen and team made the process smooth and trouble-free. Tim negotiated a few bumps in the road with expertise and I always felt he and the entire Criterion team had our best interests in mind. Their values, honesty, and work ethic are second to none! They also know the market well in this part of Washington and our interests were well-represented. I highly recommend the Criterion team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
